We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production and conduct a final inspection before shipment. Our products come with a 2-5 year warranty.
Do you have any MOQ limit for light orders?
We have a low MOQ; 1pc for sample checking is available.
Can you accept putting my logo on the light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
What services can we provide?
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW. Accepted Payment Currency: USD, GBP, CNY via T/T or L/C.
What is the warranty policy for defective products?
Our products have a defective rate of less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights for small quantities. For batch issues, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for replacement.
